Facility Use Application
The facilities of First Mennonite Church, as dedicated to God for worship, service and fellowship, are available to non-members of Reedley First Mennonite Church for funerals at the discretion of the church Office Coordinator, or when in question, the church council.
1. There is a $250 charge for the use of the sanctuary. Use of the Fellowship Hall is $200.
2. Use of the organ by non-FMC organists must be pre-approved.
3. Music chosen must be appropriate and respectful of FMC.
4. The kitchen facilities are available to non-members of Reedley FMC only in conjunction with rental of the Fellowship Hall.
5. Purple grape juice and red punch are not allowed in the Fellowship Hall. No tacks allowed when decorating any church facility. Only blue tape or Command Strips can be used when decorating the walls. Candles must be drip-less
6. The use of tobacco or alcohol is not permitted on the church premises, nor are other activities contrary to the principles of the church.
7. Children using playground must be supervised.
8. Property must be left clean and approved by the custodian or designated person. 9. When questions arise, contact the church Office Coordinator.
The following fees apply:
A. Sanctuary: $250
B. Fellowship Hall/Kitchen: $200.00 (food catered in) I have read and accept the above terms and conditions.
