Where
In the church Fellowship hall located on L Street between 12th and 11th. There will be a “worship here” flag in the lawn guiding you to the two double glass doors in the back of the worship space.
What to Expect
Services last 1.5 to 2 hours as the spirit leads.
The music is boisterous contemporary music led by a worship band. The songs are in Spanish and full of praise, but it may be too loud for some.
Congregants are joyous, often standing up and swaying with the music. Expect to be part of the celebration of God’s spirit.
Sermons are in Spanish and can last a half and hour.
Dress
Casual dress is appropriate.
Women typically wear pants, but dresses are also common.
Accessibility
The building is on the ground level with a parking lot on the same level.
Theology
This congregation is part of the Anabaptist church, which is a historic peace church, thus many in our congregation are anti-war and pro-peace.
You will not find an American flag in our sanctuary. As a church, we believe that our first allegiance is to God alone.
The congregation is more conservative, focusing on family and good morals.
LGBTQ people are welcome to attend, but this congregation does not affirm your lifestyle or orientation.
